What Does "NIB" Mean?

"New in box."

In the context of item condition, "NIB" means "new in box". Visually, it looks exactly like it would on the shelf in a retail store. Packaging is sealed and never opened (either with shrink wrap or tape), and there's no wear or damage of any kind. Item is fully functional. Typically, a box is used for items that need substantial protection from impact damage during transit.

See the Condition Hierarchy for more information.
