What Does "OPC" Mean?
"O-Pee-Chee."
In the context of sports cards, "OPC" is the shortform name for the trading card manufacturing company "O-Pee-Chee" based out of London, Ontario, Canada. In the world of vintage cards, OPC print runs were much smaller than their Topps counterparts due to the size of the Canadian market compared to the US. Nowadays, the O-Pee-Chee name is licensed to other companies - Upper Deck being the most prominent.
