What Does "PP G&S" Mean?
"PayPal Goods & Services."
In the context of payments, "PP G&S" is shortform for "PayPal Goods & Services", which is a peer-to-peer method of sending money to sellers you don't know that well. The seller pays a small percentage of the transaction in fees and in return the buyer gets purchase protection from PayPal on the order.
