What Does "RC" Mean?
"Rookie card."
In the context of sports cards, "RC" means "rookie card". Popular for American sports, rookie cards are the first ever cards released of a professional athlete during their rookie season. For example, Jaromir Jagr's rookie season was in 1990-91, so base hockey cards of him produced and released in 1990-91 are considered his rookie cards.
