Step 1

Place the card into a [penny sleeve].

Step 2

Place the penny sleeve into a [toploader].

Step 3

Fold a half-inch strip of [green painter's tape] over the open end of the toploader. This stops the card from sliding out.

Step 4

Place the toploader in a [team bag] and seal the flap.

Step 5

Fold two inch-long pieces of painter's tape around the two top corners of the team bag. This covers the gap left on either side from the team bag's resealable flap.

Step 6

Orientate the team bag horizontally, then position the team bag in the bottom third of a letter size piece of [copy paper].

Step 7

Use two half-inch pieces of painter's tape to affix the team bag to the paper.

Step 8

Fold the paper and attached team bag over itself from the bottom.

Step 9

Fold the paper over itself again.

Step 10

Address the back of a [#10 envelope]. The sender name and address goes in the top left, the recipient's name and address goes in the middle, and applicable postage is affixed to the top right of the envelope.

Step 11

Flip the envelope over and place the folded paper from step 9 inside.

Step 12

Seal the envelope.

Step 13 (Optional)

If you don't trust the envelope seal, place two inch-long pieces of [scotch tape] over the flap seam.

Final Result

And just like that, your envelope is ready for the mail!
