Personal information we collect

When you submit a message via our contact form, we collect your name and email address so that we may reply to you in a timely fashion. Email information is usually cleared from our records 1-2 years after last correspondance. If you wish for your information to be erased sooner than that, we are happy to oblige. Send us an email or message via the contact form with the subject "DATA ERASURE" and (assuming our business has concluded) we will erase whatever information we have acquired stemming from your initial contact form submission.

Log files

Barteringbuddy.com follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services' analytics. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, checking for errors and other administrative tasks.
